The City of Stuttgart is the proprietor of the development area Stuttgart Rosenstein with the exception of the area “P”, and it is a matter of great concern for the City to inform Stuttgart residents in regular intervals about the status of the project and also to involve them in the process through public participation. During the 2016 participation, people from Stuttgart were able to express their ideas about Stuttgart Rosenstein. During summer 2022, a number of citizens were involved in the “District for All” participation. They discussed about open spaces and mobility in the future district and how it can be used. In October 2023, the municipal council of the City of Stuttgart adopted the framework plan. Prior to this milestone, the exhibition “On the Way to the Future” took place, in which people were asked about the future special building unit A3. The next participation will take place this summer 2024 with the ideas contest for precisely this area.
